Our Story

We Are Penguin International L.L.C

The first PENGUIN outlet in Oman was opened in 1985 and since then the company has five outlets including the new shop to inaugurate and they are located in Sohar, Ibra, Salalah Sadha, Salalah Awqadh and in Mabela. We are opening two more outlets in Oman soon. PENGUIN prides itself on quality, taste and service and offers a wide range of hot fast food meals with Fried Chicken, Burger, Pizza and Grilled forming the core business. Although all our outlets have got dining facilities, a significant amount of business is generated through our FREE home delivery services. The restaurants are actively promoted for Birthday Parties and our business development division is making contacts with local business to provide lunchtime service to their staff or as a reward for good or extra work done.

Company News

With continuous improvement and quality care, Penguin kept its brand name in market since last 30 glorious years. We are planning to start new branches in numerous cities throughout GCC and India over the next five years.
Managing Director Mr. Asif Basheer has announced about the new branches and the company vision to open 30 branches throughout GCC and India which is expected to add several jobs to the region….

Responsibility, which the company itself perceives and which is also expected and sometimes loudly demanded by its fellow citizens. Responsibility, which ultimately becomes a key factor for a truly sustainable prosperity of the company.

Without a clear strategy and carefully designed processes, the spending on “charity projects” often becomes money sent down the drain. In fact, the company can end up with accusations of corruption in the media, instead of public praise.
Penguin has experience with professionalizing each phase of the company’s CSR: starting from baseline analysis, through strategy and capacity building, to setting transparent processes for projects election and evaluation.
